This prestigious recognition celebrates Strong Tower’s exceptional, and ongoing, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE), and a Women-Owned Business Enterprise, Strong Tower’s diversity and inclusion initiatives create an environment where differences are celebrated and leveraged for the collective success of the organization.

Strong Tower also operates as a 100% carbon neutral firm, actively discloses emissions and is decarbonizing the company’s operations and supply chain to drive down the carbon footprint.
