An experienced leader in large federal program management and acquisition, Ohler brings more than two decades of experience supporting government agencies with national security technology solutions. In her new role, she will be responsible for delivering energy efficient, resilient, and adaptable technologies for the U.S. government’s expansive buildings and infrastructure portfolio, with a focus on critical mission facilities throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and other national security organizations.

Prior to joining SGT, Ms. Ohler was the Senior Director for Strategic Growth at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, where she directed campaign strategies and partner-building capacity for large acquisitions aligned to military capability development in the Indo-Pacific, DoD’s Combined-Joint All-Domain Command and Control initiative, and the AUKUS trilateral security partnership between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Ms. Ohler has also held business development, program management, military planning, and intelligence practitioner roles for both government and non-government entities, including the U.S. Air Force, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Jacobs, Booz Allen Hamilton, and HII Mission Technologies.

“Stacie is exactly the right leader for us at a critical juncture when traditional infrastructure is rapidly evolving through the integrated application of software and AI for enhanced energy efficiency, optimization, and automation,” said John Ustica, President and CEO, Siemens Government Technologies. “With Stacie’s leadership and insight, we have a unique opportunity to help our customers address their building and energy modernization priorities to succeed in their missions of national consequence.”
