An experienced leader and digital transformation solution provider with more than 27 years of experience with Siemens, Johns has spearheaded major software-enabled modernization initiatives for U.S. military customers since joining SGT in 2020. In his new role, his responsibilities will expand to include all software and hardware from the Siemens Digital Industries Xcelerator portfolio, supporting cleared work for government customers and agencies in their missions of national consequence.
Prior to joining SGT, Johns was the U.S. Navy Technical Account Manager for Siemens Digital Industries Software, where he was focused on Department of Defense organic industrial base and supply chain improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced engineering, simulation, and manufacturing technologies. In addition, Johns and his teams helped customers apply the comprehensive Siemens digital twin to solve some of their most complex modernization, design, development, and production challenges, including for the U.S. Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program.
