Todd began his career as an executive and technology recruiter sourcing and delivering the best and brightest talent to the top technology companies in the world, companies like IBM, Cisco, and Microsoft before launching and leading his own staffing company in 2003. In 2008, he sold his business and has spent the last 15+ years with companies like Monster.com, Randstad, Leoforce, Comeet Technologies and UnifyWork leading revenue growth and operations for these human capital industry leaders and disruptors providing software and recruitment services to customers globally and at scale.

Todd has a B.A. in Business Administration with dual concentration in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and currently resides in Wellington, Florida.
