Enersponse, a distributed energy resource management provider and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operator, concludes a year marked by significant achievements to support its vision for a more flexible, reliable and resilient electrical grid. The company’s success in 2024 was fueled by an expanded executive leadership team, new strategic partnerships, and a rapidly growing client portfolio. Known for its expertise in aggregating distributed energy resources, and implementing intelligent automation, Enersponse enables businesses across diverse industries to earn revenue through demand response and Price ResponseTM, to support the clean energy transition.

Industry Recognition for Energy Innovation

Enersponse’s leadership in energy management and sustainability earned multiple awards this year:

Strategic Partnerships Expand Demand Response Access

This year, Enersponse built on key partnerships to bring demand response opportunities to underserved sectors:

  • Danfoss – Collaborating to enhance energy flexibility in HVAC and refrigeration systems for the food retail industry.
  • Hiveon – Entering the cryptocurrency mining sector to optimize energy usage and efficiency.
  • Divcon Mission Critical – Partnering to improve grid reliability and address growing energy demand in data centers.

These collaborations empower more companies to unlock new revenue streams using tailored solutions for industry-specific needs.

Advancing Energy Management Through Innovation

Enersponse also made significant advancements to its Distributed Energy Resource Management (DERMs) platform, enhancing its capabilities and user experience to better serve its growing customer base. A key highlight in 2024 was the enhancement of its Price Response offering for companies exposed to wholesale market fluctuations - both energy retailers and C&I customers - to reduce load when prices are high. In addition to dispatching events day-ahead or real-time, Enersponse provides customers with detailed Price Response statements, quantifying measurable energy cost savings.

Seasoned Industry Professionals Strengthen Executive Team

Continued growth and expansion has also been supported by the addition of three new senior executives to its powerhouse team:
