Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform, today announced a series of significant achievements in 2024, reflecting significant growth in its global customer base and platform adoption. The company also reported a 20% quarter-over-quarter growth in monthly active users (MAU) for Q4 2024, showcasing strong adoption rates among marketing and customer care teams leveraging Emplifi’s innovative solutions.

Last year, McKinsey & Company predicted generative AI had the potential to automate work activities that took up as much as 60% to 70% of an employee’s workday.
