Global technology solutions provider Arrow Electronics, Inc. announced today the general availability of ArrowSphere Assistant, an AI-powered copilot tool that helps its channel partners optimize their customers’ cloud businesses when using the ArrowSphere Cloud platform.

“Combining the power of generative AI with ArrowSphere Cloud's powerful data allows this tool to go beyond just answering cloud queries, but guide channel partners to new heights of cloud service excellence,” said Eric Gourmelen, vice president and chief technology officer of global ArrowSphere Cloud and AI. “Our early adopters have seen value in ArrowSphere Assistant in delivering greater efficiencies, better cloud performance and even uncover new opportunities with their customers, all while reclaiming time at work.”

ArrowSphere Assistant provides channel partners with deeper data and visual aids, making cloud management faster, better informed, and more efficient, at scale. It can improve operational workflows, reducing the number of clicks and manual data processing. Ninety percent of current users rate the assistant capabilities above 8 or above on a 10-point scale and more than 94 percent of current users would recommend ArrowSphere Assistant to others.

Arrow introduced distribution’s first AI business companion to initially address the most critical cloud business areas by providing robust use cases for channel partners to uncover new business opportunities, improve efficiencies with their FinOps activities and enhance their comprehension of the security posture of their customers, all while managing their cloud business through ArrowSphere Cloud.

Since the limited release in March 2024, ArrowSphere Assistant has been road tested by a global network of Arrow channel partners.

Here’s what early users are saying:

“ArrowSphere Assistant is very helpful in identifying upsell activities on add-ons and more generally to better explain to our customers Microsoft Catalog-buying rules. We can easily access key business information and quickly drill down to the details,” said Jordi Solé, SEMIC in Spain.

Florian Drouard from Koesio Corporate Technologies in France said, “Thanks to ArrowSphere Assistant, our teams can obtain answers to specific questions in a matter of minutes, which previously required time-consuming analysis. It saves us a lot of time in our day-to-day work.”

With ArrowSphere Assistant, Arrow channel partners can apply the benefits of GenAI to their customers’ businesses to better understand cloud activity, uncover issues, visualize trends among their entire customer base and receive data-driven recommendations to help their customers achieve cloud business excellence in seconds.
