Rootstock Software today announced that AIRSYS Cooling Technologies, Inc., a global leader in mission-critical cooling solutions, has selected Rootstock ERP to consolidate its operations and support its rapid global expansion. With plans to streamline its operations across the United States, China, and Europe, AIRSYS will leverage Rootstock ERP to enhance manufacturing processes, supply chain visibility, and reporting capabilities—all while operating on the unified Salesforce Platform.

AIRSYS specializes in providing sustainable, advanced, and data-driven cooling solutions for industries such as telecommunications, data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, and medical imaging. Established 30 years ago in China, AIRSYS has grown into a global enterprise. The company is at the forefront of innovation and has recently been expanding into AI server cooling—a critical need driven by the rise of artificial intelligence technologies.

AIRSYS is expanding its business with a brand-new facility in Greer, SC. This fully functioning manufacturing and distribution center will serve as the company’s global headquarters and is being built in 2025.

Previously, the company utilized a legacy ERP for its manufacturing operations. The company’s decision to standardize on Rootstock ERP on the Salesforce Platform is driven by its commitment to build a future-proof solution to support AIRSYS’ exciting new chapter. With Rootstock ERP, AIRSYS will be able to achieve real-time visibility, automate processes, and enhance decision-making capabilities across its global operations.

Rootstock ERP implementation will begin with AIRSYS’ manufacturing, scheduled to go live in Q1 2025. This phase will include integration with Propel PLM and their existing use of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, creating a fully interconnected ecosystem. Subsequent phases will transition AIRSYS’ U.S. operations from its legacy ERP to Rootstock ERP, ensuring global alignment and operational excellence.
